PRIORITY REPAIR INFORMATION
Our normal turnaround time is 3-4 business weeks, but can be longer due to "hard- to-get" non standard parts lead time. Priority repairs are available for emergency or a need for shorter delivery window. Please check with our customer service department for information.
CUSTOMER PORTAL INFORMATION
What is the Odyssey Customer Portal? It is a tool we make available to our customers; developed to give you more insight into the repairs you have with us, on your time schedule. It will enable you to see open orders and where they are within our system, get tracking information for units on the way back to you, see invoices and even pay them within the portal using a credit card.
Another section of the portal called Customer Case is a place for you to make a comment to us or ask for help on a problem.

EZ WARRANTY PROCESS
We pride ourselves on our EZ warranty process. You have to do nothing! Every repair that we receive is scanned for eligibility of warranty. If it has been here within the warranty period it will be automatically looped into the warranty determination process. No RMAs, no paperwork for you. EZ!
